What started as just a June seasonal in our scoop shops, this Strawberry ice cream is too magical to serve just once a year. June-picked Northwest strawberries are blended into our coconut-oat milk base and folded with ribbons of our house-made juicy strawberry jam. We finish with a sprinkle of chia seeds for a nod to those crunchy strawberry seeds.
Ingredients: Coconut milk* (coconuts, water), cane sugar*, strawberry purée, gluten-free oats*, cocoa butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, sea salt*, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, beet powder. Strawberry Jam: Strawberries, cane sugar*, non-gmo cornstarch, lemon juice, sea salt*.
Our ice cream is best eaten when softened. Place on your kitchen counter for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
