We want to reduce our dependence on animals for our food, our traditions, and our daily lives. We believe in order to do this, we have to commit to the arduous goal of always maintaining the highest quality products and service. We have to take care of the people inside and outside of our company - tend to their inherent right to safety and love. We have to constantly innovate to be magical, to surprise and delight the human mind in this world where fast and more is our state of being, and where it’s all too easy to forget the special moments in life. Making ice cream from fruits, nuts and vegetables is our way of being present with our earth, right here and now. We believe that eating more nutrient-rich plants is better for our bodies, better for the planet, and an extension of compassion to all living beings. We make a conscious effort to source organic ingredients from suppliers with whom we have a meaningful relationship, and who care about how the soil is tended and how these plants are grown just as much as we do. The end result is the dreamiest, creamiest ice cream full of magic, made with care, for everyone.
