Our house-made cultured vegan butter is simple, clean, and deeply versatile. Made with organic coconut oil, raw cashews, live cultures, and sea salt, it has a rich, creamy texture with a subtle tang from natural fermentation. The result is a butter that spreads beautifully, bakes flawlessly, and melts just the way you want it to. Contains 2 x 8oz containers (1 lb total).
TIPS FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE:
We recommend storing the butter on your counter for spreading (think toast and sandwiches and pancakes, etc) and for baking. Cold coconut oil takes a while to soften, so plan on leaving out over night if you are pulling straight from the fridge. We have found that it keeps well on the counter for as long as dairy butter.
It's best for cooking at low to medium temperatures, as the cashew solids tend to burn at high heat.
