Chocolate Tahini Supercookie

We loved eating cookie dough from a wooden spoon as a kid. And as adults, we justify the indulgence by adding adaptogenic superfoods to the batter. This is an ultra-creamy chocolate tahini ice cream swirled with a rich chocolate sauce that perfectly cradles raw cookie chunks made with almond flour, maca, ashwagandha, and cocoa nibs. It is the best seed butter and chocolate matchup we’ve ever had. 

Ingredients: Coconut milk*, cane sugar*, gluten-free oats, cocoa butter, tahini, cocoa powder*, coconut oil, sea salt, nutritional yeast. Chocolate sauce: cocoa powder*, cane sugar*, vanilla extract, lemon juice. Supercookie dough: almond flour, maple syrup, tahini, brown sugar*, powdered sugar*, cocoa nibs*, cocoa powder*, coconut milk*, sea salt, vanilla extract, ashwagandha powder*, maca powder*. 


Our ice cream is best eaten when softened. Place on your kitchen counter for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
