The Miso Oat cookie dough combines the hearty texture of oats with the umami flavor of miso. The star ingredient, chickpea miso, infuses the cookie with a savory flavor that beautifully complements its delicate sweetness, resulting in a perfect balance of salty and sweet.

You can bake just one, or 6 - up to you! And, because our dough is dairy-free, gluten-free and egg-free, you can eat it raw too.
