We've roasted beautiful, bright, Washington-grown rhubarb and blended it with our own house-fermented coconut yogurt and fresh yuzu citrus juice to create a tangy, silky-smooth sherbet. Beautifully pink, perfectly sweet yet tart, invigorating and bright, this is one of our favorite flavors ever - and back for a limited-time.
