This magical flavor has been part of our seasonal ice cream lineup since 2018. Velvety coconut oat milk ice cream is blended with savory miso oat cookie crumbles, topped with a luscious ribbon of miso caramel sauce throughout. A perfect contrast of sweet and savory in every scoop - just like the new and full moon.

 

Ice Cream: Coconut milk* (coconuts*, water), cane sugar*, brown sugar*, gluten-free oats, coconut oil*, cocoa butter*, sea salt, nutritional yeast, vanilla extract* (water, alcohol*, vanilla beans*).


Miso Cookie: Brown sugar*, rolled oats*, vegan butter (canola oil, palm oil, water, salt, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto extract), gluten-free oats, almond flour, chickpea miso* (rice koji*, chickpeas*, sea salt, water, koji spores*), apple sauce (apples, water, citric acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin c)), vanilla extract* (water, alcohol*, vanilla beans*).

Miso Caramel: Dry-burned caramel* (cane sugar*, coconut milk*, sea salt), chickpea miso*, water.
