This month, we are bringing you ice creams that are comforting, grounded and balanced, illuminating the spiritual, otherworldly energy we feel all around and celebrating undeniably delicious autumnal produce.  Inspired by the upcoming 'ring of fire' eclipse, fall foliage, and our beloved home city, welcome to a month of mystical, beautiful, and euphoric flavors.

All The Trees

This F&J’s fall favorite is back - a celebration of our most beloved trees. Apple, pecan, bay, cacao and coconut are all the trees whose fruits, leaves, nuts and seeds are represented in this ice cream - many of which we grow at home ourselves, and pick their bounty by hand! We swirl rich, house-made apple jam and apple cider infused with cinnamon and cloves throughout this delicate bay leaf ice cream, and add gems of the most buttery, golden, toasted pecan shortbread cookies throughout to perfectly encapsulate the essence of autumn. Seattle Fog

Say hello to Seattle Fog - an ode to one of our favorite autumnal beverages, and our beloved home city.  We take inspiration from the classic London Fog tea latte, churned into a cozy, creamy, bergamot-hinted ice cream. Our ultra luxurious coconut milk base is infused with fragrant earl grey tea, orange zest, and sea salt, bringing out all the smoothness and complexity of this beautiful fall creation. This is the flavor we crave on a cozy October stroll - rich, comforting, and utterly delicious.

Welcome to eclipse season! An eclipse is a dance of light and dark, an unveiling of the unexpected, and an opportunity to transform and illuminate when the sun, earth, and moon are all perfectly aligned. This year, we celebrate a solar 'ring of fire' eclipse on October 14! Our eclipse ice cream is inspired by this cosmic event of sheer beauty and equilibrium - a swirl of the brightest, creamiest toasted coconut-oat and vanilla bean ice cream with the darkest chocolate ice cream. Both flavors are perfectly harmonized with house-made, dazzlingly bright sunflower butter cups and drenched in salty, sensually dark chocolate. Powerful, balanced, and a little bit magical, this is the flavor to relish under a deep October sky.
