Introducing, for a limited time - Pies & Pints!


We know it's the beginning of November, but as always, this season of gratitude and gathering seems to sneak up quickly. We love bringing our ice cream into our customers’ celebrations, and this year, we decided to do something a little different for our beloved Seattle community - we want to help out with your holiday dinner.

With our friends at Bake Shop, let us introduce Pies & Pints - a delicious collaboration of cozy festivity! 

The team at Bake Shop has come up with an extra special Spiced Squash Pie, made wholly vegan & gluten-free, just for us. They start with an almond-cashew pie crust paired with spiced butternut squash filling reminiscent of pumpkin pie ~ infused with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves, and finished with an almond-pepita crumble topping. 

With each pie purchase, we send you home with two of our pints - one Brown Sugar Vanilla, and one Cardamom Caramel - to share around the table. This is truly one of the most delicious pies we have ever tasted, and with our ice cream - this is a no-fuss, skip-the-prep, elegant and joyful enough for any celebration.

Pies and pints is a limited-time, small-batch offering, so make sure to pre-order today. Pre-ordering window will close on Thursday, 11/17, with pick-ups on Wednesday, 11/23, in our scoop shops. 

*In the spirit of giving, we will also be offering an optional pint donation to Jubilee Women's Center, that may be added on to your order at checkout.*

Ingredients:

Brown Sugar Vanilla: Coconut milk*, cane sugar*, cashews*, cocoa butter, gluten-free oats*, coconut oil, brown sugar*, vanilla bean, vanilla extract, nutritional yeast, sea salt. *organic

Cardamom Caramel: Coconut milk* (coconut, water), coconut oil, cocoa butter, cane sugar, salt, Moon Goo (cane sugar*, coconut milk*, activated charcoal, sea salt), vanilla, oat flour, cardamom.

Pie: Filling: butternut squash, coconut cream (coconut, water, guar gum), maple syrup, apple sauce (apples, water), brown sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, cloves. Crust: almond flour, oat flour, tapioca starch, maple syrup, earth balance (oil blend (modified palm oil, canola, and olive oils), water, salt, flavor, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto extract), cashew flour, coconut oil, water, flax, salt. Crumble: coconut oil, rolled oats, sugar, brown sugar, almonds, pepitas, almond flour, oat flour, salt, cinnamon.
