Chocolate Raspberry Swirl: A classic pairing in this month of love - raspberries and chocolate. This ice cream we originally developed for a collaboration with Pacific Northwest Ballet dancer James Kirby Rogers, and love it so much we are bringing it back. It is one part incredibly creamy and rich chocolate ice cream made with Spinnakers 70% Colombian cacao, and one part velvety fresh raspberry sorbet. The brightness of the Colombian cacao highlights the fresh raspberry brightness and creates a seamless journey of fruit and chocolate. It’s one of our favorites to date.

Molten Chocolate Cake: Molten Chocolate Cake is an all-time guest favorite, but this year we elevated the classic. We made it alternatively sweetened, using coconut sugar throughout. A rich and salty chocolate ice cream is layered with ribbons of crunchy magic shell, silky chaga hot fudge sauce, and gooey molten cake pieces. This chocolate lover’s dream is truly out of this world and is free of cane sugar - what’s not to love?

Dream State: We are thrilled to bring back this ultra-creamy, guest-beloved, majestic pistachio dream. Known for their vibrant green hue, vitamin-rich properties and reputation as a natural sleep aid thanks to their melatonin content, pistachios are the ultimate star of this nourishing, velvety ice cream. To finish, we sprinkle in pieces of salty sweet pistachio-almond fudge throughout, creating an ultra-powerful, vivid pistachio experience. This flavor has a bit of a celestial quality, and trust us - its pure magic.  

Oat Milk Chocolate Bar: Milky yet dark fudgy Colombian Cacao sprinkled with jewels of crisp raspberry and magical cacao nibs candied with rose and hibiscus petals, lion's mane mushroom and sea salt.

While making ice cream is our love language, chocolate is in our blood and we are so excited to be collaborating with Spinnaker Chocolate on our first ever chocolate bar.
