Smoked Fig Leaf & Chocolate

We cold-smoke fresh fig leaves for eight hours and then steep them in our coconut and cashew milk base. Then we melt smoked chocolate into the base, candy Oregon hazelnuts for added crunch, and swirl in a fig-balsamic caramel for a tangy yet extremely decadent ice cream!

Ingredients: *coconut milk, cashew milk, *cane sugar, dark chocolate, smoked dark chocolate chips, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, coconut oil, smoked fig leaves, smoked sea salt, nutritional yeast Fig Balsamic Caramel sauce: *evaporated cane sugar, *coconut milk, sea salt, fig balsamic vinegar


Our ice cream is best eaten when softened. Place on your kitchen counter for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
