Rhubarb Almond Tart

Created by Klara Oh. A lover of Rhubarb and of her Norwegian heritage, this ice cream is inspired by her favorite dessert to bake for others, a Rhubarb Almond Tart. This ice cream has a sweet cream base with swirls of a house-made rhubarb compote and almond cookie gems.

Ingredients: Coconut Milk* (Coconuts, Water), Cane Sugar*, Gluten-Free Oats, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt, Nutritional Yeast, Almond Extract.
