Mexico Morning

Our take on dirty horchata ice cream, we steep Mexican coffee from Canyon Coffee and true cinnamon sticks in our coconut & cashew milk base. To finish, we swirl dulce de leche throughout and mix in the chewiest almond shortbread cookie chunks.
