Happy Birthday to us! To celebrate our THIRD birthday (whoa!), we created a strawberry coconut milk ice cream with chunks of fluffy gluten-free cake throughout. To make it a party, swirls of strawberry jam and our own white chocolate plant-dyed sprinkles are speckled in.
