A celebration for late summer: we take the ripest Collins Family Orchard yellow peaches and fold then into a concentrated tea we make from hibiscus flowers. A perfect palate cleanser.

Ingredients: yellow peaches*, cane sugar*, hibiscus flowers*, lemon juice*,salt


Our ice cream is best eaten when softened. Place on your kitchen counter for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
