Chaga Chai

We imagined dunking a cookie into a steaming cup of chai tea on a cold winter day when dreaming up this flavor. Our coconut and oat milk base is infused with chaga chai tea and sweetened with dates, coconut sugar, and maple syrup. Made with chaga mushrooms, cinnamon, sunroot, ginger, and cardamom, this tea creates a perfectly spiced ice cream that both warms and nourishes the soul. Swirls of crisp barely sweet and perfectly salty cookie bits are stirred throughout.

Ingredients: Coconut milk* (coconuts, water), maple syrup*, date paste*, coconut sugar*, cocoa butter, gluten-free oats, chaga chai (chaga mushrooms, cinnamon, sunroot, ginger, cardamom), sea salt*, vanilla extract, nutritional yeast, cardamom*, cinnamon*, black pepper*.  Pie Crust: almond flour, soy-free earth balance (vegetable oil blend, water, salt, contains less than 2% of natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto extract), garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sorghum flour, fava bean flour, coconut sugar*, sea salt*.
