This sherbet is our reflection of winter turning in to spring! We combine local rhubarb compote, peak of the season pink grapefruit, and orange blossom water to make this nut free sherbet.

Our ice cream is best eaten when softened. Place on your kitchen counter for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
