All ice cream ordered on our website will be shipped out each Tuesday from our ice cream kitchen in Seattle, Washington. Because of the perishable nature of the ice cream, your package contains dry ice, which is how we keep it extremely cold during transit. We ship our ice cream in packs of four.
We must ship the ice cream by ground or two day air, which is why the shipping price is high. We promise, it is worth it! Our order cut-off time is 12pm on the Monday PST before shipping.
